Consultation with Treatment Recommendations
Wellness telehealth visit for Initial Medical Consultation to evaluate chronic medical concerns, review past medical history (treatments/medications/labs), make recommendations for diagnostics warranted (labs, imaging, testing) and evidence-based treatments, and refer to specialist or another provider (when warranted). At provider’s discretion, medication refills may or may not be provided.
Consultation with Diagnostics & Prescriptions
Wellness telehealth visit for Initial Medical Consultation to evaluate chronic medical concerns, review past medical history (treatments/medications/labs), discuss and order pertinent diagnostics (labs, imaging, testing), discuss and order new medications, and refer to specialist or another provider (when warranted). If appropriate, prescriptions will be sent directly to your pharmacy after consultation.
A Follow-Up visit will be scheduled to discuss results of any diagnostics ordered and to make appropriate treatment changes.
Virtual Sick Visit
Same-day wellness telehealth visit to evaluate and manage self-limiting acute concerns with treatment advice, medications, or referrals.
If appropriate, prescriptions will be sent directly to your pharmacy after consultation.
Ongoing Care / Follow Up Visit
Wellness telehealth visit for established patients to review treatment efficacy, adjust medications/interventions, refill and update medications, order pertinent diagnostics and make appropriate treatment revisions.
If appropriate, prescriptions will be sent directly to your pharmacy after consultation.
Aesthetics, Chronic Migraine, TMJ Consultation
Concierge botulinum injections for cosmetic enhancement to established patients. Also treating Chronic Migraines and TMJ with specified botulinum products.
Fees will be discussed before each visit and will be determined on market value of botulinum product and number of units used.
